He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Guzinski and Dorothy Ann Golus; and his sons, Micheal Guzinski and Christopher Jensen (Chris). He is survived by: his sons, Craig Jensen (Jessi) of Denison, Travis Guzinski (Jodi) of Menlo and Robert Sisk (Sara) of Hubbard.
