He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne Caltrider, Cliff and Freda Thomas; his stepfather Joseph McGinnis; his aunt Pat Shroyer; and his uncles, Roger Caltrider and Carl Waddell.
He is survived by: his parents, Ted Caltrider and Diana Caltrider; his significant other Lisa Sloss; his son Jacob Caltrider (Mya); his siblings, Theresa Allsup (David), Wayne (Jill) and Lloyd Caltrider (Pam); his niece Jessica Allsup (Dave); his nephews, Blake Allsup (Alyson), Garret and Grant Caltrider; and his grandmother Dorothy Caltrider. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great nephews and many good friends.
