He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott and Florence Day Jr. (Morford); his wife Karla Summy; and his brother Morgan Day. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Day, Jason Day (Julia) and Kaiti Culp (Jeff); his grandchildren, Shelby, Zachery, Jaylon, Delanie, Dean, Allison, Rodney and Kaitlyn; his adoptive daughter Rachel Patrick (Lonnie); and his siblings, Scott Day III, Lynn Margheim, Jack Day and Jon Day. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
