He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Oliver and Betty Jean Jones (Cornwell); his brothers-in-law, Merlyn Briggman and Roger Moorman; his niece Marlene Briggman; and his nephews, Michael and Timmy Breckenfelder.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Kay Moorman; his children, Kelly Jones of Strawberry Point, Danielle Nichole Wright (Justin Ohara) of Cedar Rapids and Brittani Noelle McDowell (Charles) of Strawberry Point; his grandchildren, Nick, Matthew, Christopher, Elizabeth, Allison Jones, Brianna, Brody Wright, CJ, Jordan, Piper and Chloe McDowell; his siblings, Elizabeth Briggman of Manchester, Margaret Breckenfelder (Ken) of Manchester, Mary Wade (Roger) of Manchester, Juanita Johnson (Jeff) of Mt. Pleasant and Randy Jones (Connie) of Marion; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Moorman of Manchester and Daryl Moorman (Sandy) of Opelika, Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Because of COVID-19, masks are required at the funeral home.
