He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete White and Bernadette White (McNally); his brother Pete White (Mary T.); and his brother-in-law Jared Spahn. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Stevens (Scott) of North Liberty, Amanda Leigh (Cody) of Tiffin and Doug White (Angie) of Dubuque; and his siblings, Mike White (Gina), Terry White (Joyce), K. C. White, Phyllis Spahn, Dixie Kerper (Duey) and Judy Jurgiel (John). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
