She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Penning and Clarice Penning; her former spouse Billie L. Duart; her children, Wayne, Bob, Melody, Sheryl (Brian) and Kimberly (David); her nephew Ron; her niece Carol Carlson; her husband Bill; and her children, Billie D. and Beverly. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 concerns and the governor's proclamation, masks are required at the funeral home.
