She was predeceased by: her parents, Klaus Bruns and Mary Bruns (Fisher); her husbands, Vernon Baumgartner and Leo Bockenstedt; her son Joel Baumgartner; and her siblings, Elmer Bruns, Colleen Heuchelin and Robert McIntyre.
She is survived by: her son James "Jim" Baumgartner (Karen) of Strawberry Point; her grandchildren, Jessica Helmrich of Coggon, Kyle Baumgartner (Kelly) of Strawberry Point, Matt Baumgartner (Sara Akers) of Yorba Linda and Mitchel Baumgartner (Haley) of Marion; her great grandchildren, Blaine Baumgartner, Sullivan, Jensen, Harrison Helmrich, Kaysen and Breckin Baumgartner; and her sisters, Mary Kray of Strawberry Point and Agnes Kabir of Denver, Colorado..
