It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ivanelle Bushaw of Strawberry Point, Iowa, born in Elkport, Iowa, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Haught and Adelia Haught (Gerloff); her husband Donald Bushaw; her grandsons, Dave Bushaw and Dan Meyer; her great grandchildren, Victor Schirmer-Loghren and Benton Meyer; and her siblings, Marie Lamphier, Louise Lamphier, Imogene Prillo, Vergie Havig, Lyle, Arlo and Lloyd Haught.
She is survived by: her children, Don Bushaw (Bev) of Westgate, Ellen Meyer (George) of Strawberry Point, Kathy Schirmer (Tom) of Manchester, Joyce Bushaw of Independence and Jon Bushaw of Oelwein; and her close friend Russell Scofield of Strawberry Point. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren: nine great-great grandchildren.
Because of COVID-19, masks are strongly recommended at the funeral home and at the church.
