He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Clevenger and Lucille Clevenger (Fry); his siblings, John "Jack" Clevenger, Jr., Arnold Clevenger, Dean Clevenger and Dolores Shank; his nieces, Dee Ann McCarty, Kay Royer and Lori Wright; his sister-in-law Kathy Adams; and his friend Molly Troyer.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Anne Clevenger of Windsor, Colorado; his wife Sandra Clevenger of Strawberry Point; his son Donald R. Clevenger, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Leland Adams of Lamont. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren.
A Memorial Fund has been established for the Stanley Union Church, Faith Discipleship Center and St. Croix Hospice.
