With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Donavan Potter of Strawberry Point, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Potter and Mary Potter (Spear); his daughters, Jaclyn Potter, Linda Rausch and Jennifer Colbert; his granddaughter Makenzie Groth; and his sister Linda Kay Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Potter of Strawberry Point; his daughters, Stacie Groth (Terry) of Strawberry Point, Kristina Gonzales (Cory) of Strawberry Point and Brittany Squires (Andy) of Center Point; and his sisters, Diana McGraw (Jim) of Manchester, Connie DeShaw (Larry) of Edgewood and Wendie Dettbarn (Doug) of Strawberry Point. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
