He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Marjorie Hawkins, Tommy and Charlotte Tompkins. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Hawkins and Ginny Hawkins (Tompkins) of Strawberry Point; his sons, Drew Hawkins (Shelby) of Independence, Austin Hawkins (Dawn) of Arlington and Alex Hawkins (Sara) of Lamont; his brothers, T. J. Hawkins (Kim) of Solon and Greg Hawkins (Shirleen) of Punta Gorda, Florida; his grandchildren, Rory, Greyson Hawkins, Zane Hawkins, Ashley and Jake Clinton; his aunts, Nancy Mayhew of Rochester and Barb Dunlavy (Larry) of Altoona; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Hawkins (Kasey), Ellie Hawkins, Natori Bass (Wesley), Travis Robinson (McKenzie), Mark Robinson (Sarah) and Matt Robinson.
