“My Heart is both sad and Happy, We lost a great human but Heaven gained a GREAT angel. I remember visiting Steve and Vickie with my folks many times. Often at the Spencer Fair or Webster county Fair and sometimes at their home in Stratford. Always so kind and friendly to all of us. Steve always had a big smile on his face and something humorous to share with us each visit. I have thought of him and his family many times over the years, with pleasant and fond memories.”
