He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reynold, Jean Fank, Gerry and Linda Cassabaum. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Scott and DeAnna Lynn Fank (Cassabaum) of Boone; and his siblings, Heidi Leeds (Cavin), HolliAnna Fank and Luke Fank (Boone).
