She is survived by: her former husband Donald Alvin Adams; her children, Donna Roosa (Dennis) of Webster City, Donald Adams Jr. of Webster City and Richard Dishman of Webster City; and her grandchildren, Jessica Holsher, Mandy Ferto (Valentin), Jammie Venegas (Renate), Mikaela Sosa (Enrique), Misty Sharkey (David) and Kristina Dishman. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many other extended family members and friends.
