He is survived by: his children, Pat Holman (Carter) of Des Moines, Pam Amenson (Craig) of Ankeny, Rod Ullestad (Sue) of Boone, Rita Gilbertson (Mark) of Ames and JoAnn Boothe of Ames; his siblings, Hyllis Handsaker of Story City and Argyl Ullestad of Ankeny; and his brother-in-law Jack Lund of Western Springs, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
