It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Bruce Johnson in Story City, Iowa, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Johnson and Mazel Johnson (Thorson); his sister Charlene Keltner; and his nephew Zachary Barkema. He is survived by: his wife Marcella (Barkema); his children, Tricia (John Ramirez), Brooke (Steve Hermann) and Chris (Kelly Geist); his grandchildren, Olivia, Rees Tyler and Lucie Ramirez; his children, Caleb and Claire Johnson; his brother Gary Johnson (Marion) of Story City; his aunt Joyce Johnson of Odin, Minnesota; his mother-in-law Lorris Barkema; and his brothers-in-law, Murray Barkema and Marshall Barkema (Jolene). He is also survived by niece and nephews and their families; many cousins.
