He is survived by: his sons, Shawn of Minneapolis, MN and Paul of Fort Collins, CO.; his wife Mindy; his daughter Sarah Bultmann (Stephen); his grandchildren, Sophia Ana-Marie, Evan Andrew and Miles Lee of Ramstein, Germany; and his siblings, David Kardell (Bobbi) of Atlantic, Wayne Mansfield (Patty) of LaPine, OR and Pamela Darrow of Harlan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
