It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn G. Hillesland (Story City, Iowa), born in Mahnomen, Minnesota, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Torjels "T. M."; his former wife Evelyn Posthumus; his son Daniel; and his brothers, Dalos and Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Arnhild Hellkås; his brother Alton Hillesland (Ruthann); his sister-in-law Goldie Mae Hillesland; his children, David Hillesland of Midwest City, OK, Marie Hillesland, Annette Edwards (Bill), Elmhurst and Eric Hillesland (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Øyvor Sørensen (Stein Erling), Ketil Dalheim (Synnøve) and Torgrim Dalheim. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
