He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Eslick and Vera Eslick (Campbell); and his daughter Brenda Kay Eslick. He is survived by: his wife Joan Mary Ann Schmitz of Joseph's Catholic Church; and his children, Gary A. Eslick of Story City, Brad Eslick (Gina) of Story City, Brian Eslick (Nicole) of Story City and Carmen Goebel of Story City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gary's name to the Story City Lafayette First Responders service at 512 Park Avenue Story City, Iowa 50248.
