We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2019, at the age of 90, Delores Darlene Sansgaard (Story City, Iowa), born in Boone, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Buss and Maude Buss (Blake); her husband Reuben Luther Sansgaard; her sons, Alan and Brent; her siblings, Beulah Hohanshelt (Bernard), Albert Buss (Phyliss), Evelyn, Jack Taylor, Harry Sundem, Bruce Paulhamus, Everett Buss (Helen), Frank Buss (Dorothy), Frances Buss and Violet Cameron (Leonard); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Clark, Ernie Sansgaard (Jean), Esther Palmer (Chuck) and Jeanette Larson.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Sansgaard (Melody), Becky Jolivette (Bruce) and Jan Forhan (Craig); her daughter-in-law Jane Sansgaard Ward; her grandchildren, Rachel Thiele (Brian), Maren Sansgaard, Jeff Sansgaard (Lisa), Erik Jolivette, Michael Jolivette (Rachael), Krista Jolivette, Megan Sansgaard, Jon Sansgaard, Ben Forhan, Paul Forhan and Lydia Forhan; her great grandchildren, Elise, Anders, Reuben, Harper, Amelia and James; her sister Mary Jane Clark; and her brother-in-law Richard Sansgaard (Ann). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
