He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Sheri Allen and Paula Monson (Greg); and his grandchildren, Luke Monson (Lauren Aitken), Emily Monson (Ryan Sklarek) and Meg Wagner (Jacob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
