He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Randall and Clarabelle Randall (Sears); and his siblings, Danny, Dennis Randall and Darlene Ostrander.

He is survived by: his children, Dale Jr. Randall (Janet) of Roland and Michelle Dahme; his grandchildren, Mark Neyra and Vanessa McGee (Justice); his great grandchildren, Bailey McGee and Grace McGee; and his sister Denise Bratcher (Perry).
