He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Cook and Laura Cook (Vance); his wife Stella Kool; and his grandson Terry Cook. He is survived by: his son Dennis Clark (Vicki) of Branson, MO; his grandchildren, Jody Campidilli and Samantha Cook; his great grandchild Jamie; and his great great grandchildren, Conner and Braelyn.
