He was predeceased by: his father Ricky; his grandfather Dale Chelsvig; and his uncles, Larry Osmundson and Richard Chelsvig. He is survived by: his wife Jessica of Roland; his daughter Ivy; his stepson Jordan; his brother Joe Chelsvig (Kim) of Story City; his mother Kim Wheeler of Iowa Falls; his nephews, Ben, Dawson Chelsvig and Cole Anderson; his niece Savannah Jensen; his grandmothers, Irene Chelsvig of Story City, Joan Wheeler of Iowa Falls, Butch Solberg and Nancy Solberg of Jewell; and his sisters-in-law, Andrea Jensen of Jewell and Jenna Anderson (Alan) of Ankeny. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
