It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Clinton Battern (Storm Lake, Iowa), who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Battern and Sarah Harriet Battern (Roop); his sons-in-law, Tom Heidenreich and Duane Larson; and his granddaughter Jennifer Battern.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; and his children, Minda Heidenreich of Barnes, WI, Kari Lucke (Rob) of Columbia, MO, Alisa Larson of Spirit Lake, IA and John Battern (Julie) of Arnolds Park, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
