Jensen (Jan); her grandchildren, Jeremy Jensen (Stephanie), Stacey Repischek (Paul) of West Chicago, Derek Jensen of Chicago, IL and Amy Jensen; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Austin, Lola, Madison and Sophia; her sister-in-law Ann Izrael of Park Ridge, IL; her nephews, Jim Izrael (Ida) and Michael Izrael (Theresa); her great-nephew Marco of Park Ridge, IL; her cousins, Norma Kucera, Tom Zavadsky (Dee), Cary and Lynn Samborski; her children, Kimberly and Christopher of Rio Rancho, NM.; and her pet Laddie.
