He is survived by: his wife Janice Stevens of Ottumwa, IA; his daughters, Angela Morris of Oskaloosa, IA and Jennifer Osborn (John) of Jacksonville, FL; his stepson Derek Stevens (Amy) of Florida; his brother Terry Morris (Jane); and his stepsister Karee Johnson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
