He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Merle and Beatrice Lucille McHugh (Fair); his brother Larry James McHugh; and his grandparents, Orville, Jack and Eva McHugh.
He is survived by: his wife Sonya McHugh of Stockport; his children, Jenna Green (Wayne) of Greensburg, IN, Jacob McHugh (Hanna) of Keosauqua, Misty McHugh (Zach Hurley) of Washington, Cody McHugh (Sammy) of Brighton and Addy McHugh of Stockport; his grandchildren, Harper Steward, Khloe McHugh, Evan McHugh, David McHugh, Londyn McHugh, Zoey Dewitt, Joseph Hurley and Sophia Hurley; his siblings, Roger Willis McHugh and Robie Merrill (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Steen, Kerrie Steen and Carl Steen.
