He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Mary Perkins (Engelking); and his father-in-law William Burns. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perkins of Steamboat Rock, Iowa; his daughters, Karen Neubauer (Adam) of Wichita and Kristine Perkins of Newton; his grandchildren, Coraline, Henry and Peter Neubauer; and his sisters, Tammy Callaway (Jim) and Terry Weatherspoon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
