We bid farewell to Susan Ann Jorgensen (State Center, Iowa), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 15, 2024 at the age of 84. Susan Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Haesemeyer (Bill) and Hilda Haesemeyer (Kammeyer); and her brother Craig Haesemeyer. She is survived by: her husband Jim (Jim); her children, Jeffrey Jorgensen (Brenda) of Flower Mound, TX and Rachel Bangs (TJ) of Huxley, IA; her grandchildren, Cale Bangs, Alex Bangs and Amelia Jorgensen; and her sister-in-law Wendy Haesemeyer (Craig).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (605 1st Ave N, State Center, IA 50247). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
