He was predeceased by: his father David. He is survived by: his mother Doris Terrell; his siblings, Linda Henline (Tom) of Norwalk, Ricky Terrell of State Center and Randy Terrell (Kris) of State Center; and his nephews, David Henline, Ethan Terrell (Nicole) and Jason Terrell (Jordan). He is also survived by three great-nieces/nephews.
