He is survived by: his parents, John Maddick and Helen Maddick (Beaty); his children, David (Amber) of St. Peters, MO, Laina, Cora, Mara and Bethany; his siblings, Sue Karsten (Arlin) of Swisher, IA, Brian (Denise) of Rhodes and Roger of Rhodes; his mother-in-law Bernice Schuldt of Colman, SD; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Schuldt (Deb) of Chester, SD, Doug Schuldt (Elaine) of Wentworth, SD and Connie Emter (Brian) of Foothills Ranch, CA; and his pet Lili.
