We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 66, Mary Katherine Wathen of State Center, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Arts Hagedorn; and her grandmother Arlowine Jenkins. She is survived by: her father Donald Hagedorn; her husband Rick Lee Wathen; her children, Amanda Cizek (Mel) of Maine, Mike Wathen (Tanya Beach) of Urbandale, Charlotte Brisson (D. J.) of Garwin and Clint Egger of Montana; and her siblings, Ann Condon, Donny Hagedorn, Jane Uhlenkamp, Jennifer McGuane and David Hagedorn. She is also survived by several grandchildren; one great-grandchild and one great-grandchild.
