He is survived by: his wife Natalie Massey; his child Ryleigh (Austin); his grandson Harrison of Rhodes; his son Jackson (Sydney); his grandchild Stetson of Green Mountain; his parents, Todd and Jamie of State Center; his brother Travis Weuve (Candace); his nephews, Wyatt of State Center, Wade of State Center and Walker of State Center; his sister-in-law Nicole Miller (Kraig); his nieces and nephews, Myles, Addison, Emma, Alivia and Cole of Marshalltown; his sister-in-law Ashley Eilbeck (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Easton and Ellie of State Center; his mother-in-law Chris Massey of State Center; his grandparents, Bill and Monna Weuve of State Center; his grandfather-in-law Mary Snyder of Marshalltown; his father-in-law Bernie Massey; and his grandparents, John and Lorraine Davis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jacob's name may be directed to the family for a later designation.
