He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloe Shipley and Sophie Shipley (Vajgrt); his wife Mary "Kathleen" Shuler; his son Patrick Mark Shipley; and his siblings, Donna Eggers, Cloe Dean and Tommy Shipley.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Shipley (Kim) and Amy Shipley; his grandchildren, Aaron Shipley (Amber), Jordan Mason (Brandon), Jillian Shipley, Mitchell Paxton (Samantha), Stephen Paxton, Nicolas Paxton, Jesse Cooper (Sarah Smart) and Elishia Cooper (Adam Hagel); his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Aubrey, Abram, Abel Shipley, Payton Paxton, Chayton Cooper, Jayliah, Khaleesi and Layliahna Hagel; and his sister Betty Ann Douglas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
