He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Picard and Muriel Ann Heineman; his significant other Susan Jackson; and his brother Robert Picard. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Picard, Suzanne Picard (Mark Villegas) and Alexandra Stefanie Picard (Wayne Smith); his sister Maryann Sims; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Amad and Piper Picard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
