He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Meyer and Kathleen Thompson Meyer. He is survived by: his sons, Phillip of Marion and Jason (Katherine) of Shorewood, IL; his grandchildren, Drew, Zach, Landon, Kinley and Nash; and his siblings, Kent of Coralville and Joan Hanna (Tom) of Anamosa.
