He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lucie Schwitzer; his daughters, Penny Coppess (Charlie Case) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Tracy Boyd (Pat) of Spencer, IA; his brother Larry Coppess (Marlene) of Clarence, IA; and his grandchildren, Maddison Boyd (Dylan Adams), Lauren Boyd, Ryan Boyd and Colin Boyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
