She is survived by : her former life partner Wayne Mainquist; her husband Fred Welsch; her children, Marlin Mainquist of Villisca, IA and Wanda Cooper (Larry) of Emerson, IA; her grandchildren, Jason Mainquist (Amber) of Haslet, TX, Jeff Mainquist (Tami) of Malvern, IA, Stephanie Mainquist of Red Oak, IA, Christopher Mainquist of Lincoln, NE, Adam Cooper of Red Oak, IA and Jessica Cooper of Omaha, NE; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Carson, Wesley, Wyatt, Warren, Madison, Kiah and Lilly; and her stepchildren, Jim Welsch (Marianne) of Garner, IA, Fred Welsch of Elliott, IA, Elise Erickson (Gary) of Granbury, TX, Malia Gores (Jim) of Granbury, TX and Tricia Anderson (Ken) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
