He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Ashley and Doris Ashley (Dow); and his sisters, Linda Wells (Danny) and Cindy Mitchell (Mike). He is survived by: his wife Linda Ashley of Stanton, IA; his children, Judson Ashley II of Albion, NE, Amber Sellers (Dustin) of Stanton, IA and Jacob Ashley (Alexandria) of Stanton, IA; and his grandchildren, Andee Jo Ashley and Oden Joseph Ashley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to the Stanton Child Resource Center and Stanton Community School.
