He is survived by: his wife Marcine Blake of Stanton, IA; his children, Robert Blake of Dallas, TX, Gregory Nissen (Debbie) of Gig Harbor, WA, Marcus Nissen (Ann) of Omaha, NE, Kristine Nissen of Gig Harbor, WA, Rebecca Graham (Mike) of Gretna, NE, Marriah Furrer (Clint) of Tucson, AZ and Donielle McHugh (Jeremy) of Murdock, NE; his brothers, Walter Blake (Donice) of Norwalk, IA and Richard Blake (Norma) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Dea, John Dea (Sally), James Dea (JoAnn), Richard Dea (Delores), Daniel Dea, Philip Dea (Marie), William Dea, Patricia Honeywell (Tom), Rebecca Dyer, Cecelia Dea and Laurie Dea. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
