Gerald Kent Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2023, at the age of 88, Gerald Kent of Stanhope, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Kent to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Caryl Kent and Leona Kent (Whaley); his wife Alveda Hazel Widick; his daughter Theresa Draeger; his grandson BJ Gifford; and his siblings, Rachael Brown and Merlin Kent (Anne).
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Haren Caruth (Douglas) of Alden, IA and Rebecah Thompson (Larry) of Galveston, TX; and his son-in-law Al Draeger of Webster City. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in memory of Jerry to the Stanhope Parish.
