She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Chavez. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Chavez (Corine) of San Lorenzo, Valentino Chavez (Erica) of San Bruno and Alberto Chavez (Jessica) of Millbrae, California; and her granddaughter Elena Chavez.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Cemetery.
Patricia also loved giving back to others and donating to the Shriners Hospital.
