He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Hobkirk and Dianna Hobkirk (Wieland); his wife Suzie Hobkirk of Stacyville; his children, Adria Hobkirk, Rachel Hobkirk and Joshua Hobkirk of Stacyville; his siblings, Lisa Emerson (Kirk) of Osage, LaVonne Wolf (Patrick) of Osage and Mark Hobkirk (Dawn) of Johnsburg, Minnesota; his mother-in-law Joyce Schmidtke of St. Ansgar; his nephew Colby Schmidtke; and his close friend Gary Retterath. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
