Mullenbach; her siblings, Kathryn Simon, Marian Leonitis, Laverne, Marvin, Wilbur and Kenneth Simon; her siblings-in-law, Stan Leonitis, Bob Hartnell, Adrian Blake, Roland Church (Bub), Glen Hickey, Millie Simon, Vera Hickey and Bonnie Church; and her nieces and nephews, Tom Ethan, Russell Simon, Terry Simon, Michael Simon, Vicky Braaten, Sandy Newton and Linda Church.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Church (Renee) of Bonita Springs, Dave Church (Arlene) of Stacyville, Dean Church (Liana) of Osage, Karen Church of St. Ansgar and Mary Wilder (Steve) of Otranto; her grandchildren, Brad Church (Katie), Brandi Brake (Aron), Brittany Myhre (Jeff), Josh Church (Nichoel), Sarah Wagner (Brian), Elizabeth Mullenbach (Erik), Timothy Church (Tasha), Daniel Church (Melissa), Thomas Church, Lucas Wilder and Tamra Shook (Adam); her sisters, Arlene Hartnell of Sun City, AZ and Jean Blake of Austin, MN.; and her sisters-in-law, Lou Ann Simon of St. Ansgar, Charlotta Simon of St. Ansgar and Darlene Simon of Waterloo, IA. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
