He was predeceased by: his parent Lavern Zacharias. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Zacharias (Nelson); his girlfriend Marlys Mueller of Stacyville; and his children, Carrie Peterson (Tait) of Garner, Karl Zacharias (Sarah) of St. Ansgar, Tammy Zacharias of Osage, Pam Zacharias of St. Ansgar, Stephanie Sahr (Rick), Cory Hamilton (Sara) and Matthew Hamilton (Michelle). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three brothers.
