He is survived by: his wife Linda Levan (Boyer); his children, Phillip Levan (Christal), Michele Heimer (Dave), Keith Levan (Beth) and Nathan Levan (Anna); his grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Jordan, Derrick, Choe, Caleb, Lincoln and Colton; his siblings, Nelson Levan (Janet), Elaine Duckham and Leona Schlageter (Robert); and his friend Chance.
