He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Ole" Johnson and Phyllis Johnson (Cooper); and his brothers, Ricky and Lynn. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Johnson, Jennifer Bradwell of Springville and Corey Douglas (Chandra) of Hastings, NE.; and his sister Janine Miller (Jeff) of Rhodes, IA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
