He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Crane and Anna Crane (Malary); his wife Patricia Crane; his son-in-law Doug Grimm; and his siblings, Raymond, Leonard, Edward, Katie, Delores and Geraldine.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Mann of Homestead, Cathy Horak (Bryan) of Marion, Brian Crane of Central City, Ronald Crane (Pam) of Springville and Dennis Crane of Dallas Center, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jennifer Geoghagan (William), Jeremy Mann, Wayne Mann and Nicole Crane; and his great grandchildren, Miley, Kai, Willow, McKenna, Cayden, Charlee and Nolan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
