It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jeanne Recker (Springville, Iowa), born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Donovan and Bernice Donovan (Crowley); and her sister Lorena Muller. She is survived by: her husband Donald Recker; her children, Gwen Herder (Tom) of Robins, Marty Recker of St. Charles, Steve Recker (Kim) of St. Charles and Patrick Recker (Tami) of Monticello; her siblings, Doc Donovan (Blanche) of Fountain Hills, Arizona, Pat Halstead of Marion, Elinor Remington of Marion and Beth Dake (Del) of Marion; her grandchildren, Amanda Watters (Andrew), Shane Herder, Anthony Recker, Alexandria Recker, Avery Recker, Donovan Recker, Maria Recker and Justin Recker; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Theodore and Alfie Watters.
